I can design a Workshop where people are encouraged to focus on what matters and engage collaboratively. A space where you can pay attention to what might be limiting you or blocking progress.

Using the framework of the Thinking Environment, you will learn how to focus your attention on what you need to address. This is a way of working that can build a dynamic and innovative team culture.

The Workshop can be run in-person or online. In an online setting, you will experience how using these conditions and tools can energise and transform virtual meetings and restore the feeling of connection and engagement for people.

How it works

A one-day Workshop for 6-8 people can be run in-person over one full day or online (over Zoom) over two half-days.

Bespoke sessions can also be designed as required.

Your Investment: €2,500 + VAT at the appropriate rate, for the full day Workshop.

A further follow up session can be designed to review progress on the issue and to embed application of the learning of the skills for team meetings.
