What is the Thinking Partnership and what is involved in the Programme?

In a Thinking Partnership, the quality of one person’s attention liberates the best thinking of another.

When you listen in this way, listening to inspire instead of listening to reply or to solve, you can build a thinker’s confidence and courage so that they reach new insights, see possibilities.

In this Programme, you will learn about the Thinking Environment framework which supports this process.

You will experience the Thinking Partnership Session in depth, and have boundaried thinking time so you can focus on issues of concern to you.

It is a highly participative course with a maximum of 4 participants in the group.

The quality of our thinking depends on how we’re treated when we’re thinking
