In this one-day programme, a team or group learn and experience how meetings can be structured and time-efficient while allowing all voices be heard. Participants learn how to run meetings that are dynamic and can build collaborative capacity and encourage fresh thinking.
You will learn the components and Building Blocks of the Thinking Environment® methodology to enable you to apply these skills in your professional life and personal life. The programme is based on the accredited Transforming Meetings™ framework developed by Time to Think Ltd.
This programme can help you reinvigorate meetings, and create a psychologically safe environment where robust discussions can happen.
The Programme includes guidance for creating connection and collaboration in virtual meetings.
How it works
This experiential Programme is ideally for a team of 6-8 people, or for a group of colleagues or peers who lead or manage others.
It is run in-person over one full day or two half days. It can be run online (over Zoom) over two half-days.
The format can be designed to include time to focus on a real issue or problem that the team or group is facing.
The Programme is of value either to a team who work together or for a group of senior leaders who will earn and practice skills they
can apply to transform their own team meetings and interactions.
Your Investment: €3,000 + VAT at the appropriate rate. (for a group of 6-8 people)
The venue to be provided by the client or it can be provided off-site at an additional cost.
