Build a Thinking Environment®

You are a Senior Leader who is leading a change initiative in your organisation or who is dealing with a challenge and you need to involve your team in addressing it.

This programme is designed for you to focus on a real issue you need to address or a strategy you want to develop, and spark fresh ideas and fresh thinking. It is designed to encourage the team to work collaboratively and creatively, to explore possibilities and find solutions.

You and your team will experience the components and Building Blocks of the Thinking Environment approach, and will learn how to focus your attention on what you need to address and break through what may be holding you back.

Using this approach can help you build a team culture that is dynamic and innovative and encourages independent thinking that can shift perspectives.

This programme can be run in-person or online. In an online setting, you will experience how using these conditions and tools can energise and transform virtual meetings and restore the feeling of connection and engagement for people.

How it works

This experiential programme is run for 6-8 people, and can be run online (over Zoom) or in-person. The online programme can be held over two half-days, and the in–person programme can be held over two half-days or one full day.

Your Investment: €2,500 + VAT per day.

A further follow up session can be designed to review progress on the issue and to embed application of the learning of the skills for team meetings.
